These services are structured, goal-oriented, and often involve coordination with attorneys, courts, and other professionals to ensure clarity, objectivity, and thoughtful recommendations. These services are considered to be self-pay, and are not billable to insurance. The retainer payment for each type of forensic service may vary based on the complexity of each case, as well as the needs of individuals involved. Co-Parent Counseling

Co-parent counseling focuses on improving communication, reducing conflict, and supporting parents in working together more effectively for the well-being of their child(ren). This service helps parents develop practical strategies for decision-making, boundaries, and consistent parenting approaches across households.

Parent Coordination

Parent coordination is a structured process designed for high-conflict co-parenting situations. The coordinator works with parents to implement court orders, manage ongoing disputes, and support timely resolution of parenting issues. This service helps reduce conflict while prioritizing the child's needs and stability. This service may be provided by an attorney or a licensed therapeutic professional who is trained in high-conflict and forensic services.

Custody Evaluations

Custody evaluations are comprehensive, neutral assessments that provide the court with information and recommendations regarding the best interests of the child. This process may include interviews, record reviews, and collateral contacts, and is conducted with a focus on objectivity and thoroughness.

This form allows you to provide basic background information, including details about yourself, your child(ren), the type of service you are seeking, and whether you are currently represented by an attorney. To expedite the process, please complete this form and email it admin@reformementalwellness.com, along with a copy of the most current court order that stipulates the service you are seeking.

Additionally, an Introduction Letter is available on the Documents tab of our website, also available for download in .pdf form. This document provides an overview of forensic services and can be shared with co-parents and/or legal counsel to support transparency and coordination.
