Reforme Mental Wellness provides outpatient therapy for adolescents and adults, including individual, family, and relationship-focused care. Our clinicians support clients through a range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and challenges within relationships.
Reforme Mental Wellness is in-network with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield (commercial plans only) and Aetna. If your insurance is out-of-network, you may choose to pursue reimbursement directly through your insurance provider. Superbills are available upon request.
Yes. We offer both in-person and virtual therapy to support flexibility and accessibility, allowing you to engage in care in a way that fits your life.
Session frequency is individualized based on your goals and needs. Many clients begin with weekly sessions and adjust over time as progress is made and needs evolve.
Standard therapy sessions are typically 45–55 minutes. Extended sessions may be available depending on clinical need and provider availability.

Scheduling timelines vary based on provider availability and fit. Once your intake information is received, our team will work to connect you with a provider as soon as possible.
Evening availability is limited. Our clinicians prioritize maintaining a sustainable balance between their professional roles and responsibilities outside of work, which we intentionally support as a practice.

Yes. The therapeutic relationship is an important part of the process. If your needs shift or you feel a different provider may be a better fit, we will support you in transitioning your care.
We ask that all cancellations be made with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee, as this time is reserved specifically for you. Additional details regarding fees and estimated service costs can be found on our Fees & Investment page.

There are over 300 types of therapeutic interventions that we consider to be 'evidence-based', and our providers are continuously training themselves on new strategies as evidence expands to meet the needs of our clients.
