We believe in transparency and clarity when it comes to the cost of care. Below is an overview of our standard fees for outpatient therapy services.
Reforme Mental Wellness is committed to supporting access to care whenever possible. A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available for clients experiencing financial hardship or whose current circumstances make standard fees difficult to manage.
Sliding scale rates are determined on a case-by-case basis. Eligibility for sliding scale consideration may be based on factors such as income, financial obligations, household size, and other relevant circumstances. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.

Late Cancellation Fee: A fee of $75 will be charged for appointments not canceled with 24 hours of notice.
No-Show Fee: A fee of $75 will be charged for appointments not canceled with 24 hours of notice.
Reforme Mental Wellness is in-network with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield (commercial plans only) and Aetna. For out-of-network plans, clients may choose to seek reimbursement directly through their insurance provider. Superbills are available upon request.
We accept HSA/FSA cards as well as all major forms of payment.
Forensic services are offered on a case-by-case basis and are not billed through insurance. Fees vary depending on the type and scope of service. Please contact our administrative team directly for more information regarding availability and cost.
