Angie (she/her/hers) is a compassionate and collaborative clinician who creates a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their experiences and move toward meaningful change. She believes therapy is a partnership, where clients are the experts of their own lives, and her role is to guide, and support them as they grow into the person they want to become.
Angie has worked with individuals and families, and has assisted many clients seeking to navigate complex family relationships. She also brings valuable experience working with older adults and families, allowing her to understand the intricacies of relationships and life transitions across the lifespan. Her approach integrates a range of evidence-based and client-centered modalities, and she tailors her work to meet each client’s individual needs, recognizing that no two experiences are the same.
Angie is passionate about supporting clients navigating new or ongoing issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, stress, domestic violence, and complex family dynamics. She values the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, authenticity, and empathy, creating a space where clients feel safe to explore patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be holding them back.
Angie is here to help you build insight, strengthen your sense of self, and move forward with confidence, resilience, and a deeper understanding of who you are and who you want to become.
